Petition To Make Vets Cape F2p

I am asking Jagex to make the Veteran's Cape f2p. So I am starting a Petition. Please support this for a lot of people are really mad that they made the Vets Cape a members only feature. I for one have been playing this game for 5years(this account is only 4years old) but the fact is Jagex said that this is a Cape that EVERYONE will be able to get. Update comes what a surprise a members only feature. Even though I am currently a member i cant get but my first account can. I am not going to pay a account that I dont even use any more for a cape. The fact is Most of the f2p vets have been a member at least once, but for some reason or personal they cancelled membership, but continued to play the game. They should get the vets cape to. PLEASE SUPPORT
